ISTWCMS-4767: removing display none from highlighted section so that messages actually appear

@m26lebla please have a look for some reason, maybe you know, the .uw-highlighted had a display: none, which was making messages on layout builder section not appear. Removing the display: none, ensures that messages now appear.
