Feature ISTWCMS 4890 Martin Leblanc adding the jump to menu fix css

when the hamburger mobile menu tay is open in responsive views it causes a challenge when user would then press on "jump to menu" (only while tray is open) where the css caused the "jump to" 's tray to reposition itself. i have since reset it and now when you open mobile menu you can also open jump to menu and see drop-downs properly.
