ISTWCMS-6330: Revert changes from issue ISTWCMS-6139:

Removed the nid field mapping which was causing the Contacts and Profiles content type to be migrated with the same NID as in WCMS2; Added the skip_on_empty process for the uw_migration_lookup_path in order to avoid profiles that weren't possible to migrate having the link as in the Contact content type.
