ISTWCMS-5987: Migration mimics new title name in wcms3

Tyler Struyk requested to merge feature/ISTWCMS-5987-tstruyk-sidebar-title into 1.0.x

WCMS3 sidebar title is '[Title of Node attached to] (sidebar)' when things migrate it is just '[Title of Node attached to]'. This is now fix with this patch as it concats it together.
