ISTWCMS-6131: Webform's number element should migrate as a number element

Joao Paulo Constantino requested to merge feature/ISTWCMS-6131-jpconsta-webform-element-number into 1.0.x

Changing how the field number is migrated, currently is migrated as textfield with this merge the field will be migrated as a number. For field numbers that use the list option display, we gonna keep the migration as a select type.
