ISTWCMS-5376: Configuration for simplesamlphp
I kinda tested already. I featurized it. I put the branch on adfs-2 and did a feature revert. It put all the settings in. I was able to log in to adfs-2 no problem.
Need a second pair of eyes on this
On or around 8:00am on Wednesday the 17th of April, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches.
