Benchmark parameters
Added a parameter --params:=<path>.yaml to allow for providing a path to parameter overrides .yaml file.
Updated the short launch and launch.bash.
Added a parameter --benchmark-params to load parameter overrides from scenarios/benchmark_params.yaml for convenience.
Depends on support for params in scenario.launch from anm_sim_platform
